Gluing plant for discontinuous sandwich panels line for production of Rockwool, mineral wool, EPS –expanded polystyrene-, XPS, polyurethane panels. We have a huge experience in the production of gluing equipment being the first machinery manufacturer in the world in designing a two-component machine for bi-component adhesive formulation with fillers. Our gluing unit is designed to be easily and quickly added to existing sandwich panel discontinuous line.

We can propose two different kind of distribution:

– Our portal moves the mixing head only on the Y axe, while the panel is moving back and forth to the press by using the press trolley. Of course all the movement is carefully synchronized so to get a perfect distribution

– Our portal moves the mixing head only on the X-Y axe, while the panel is fixed out of the press. Of course all the movement is carefully synchronized so to get a perfect distribution

The whole machine is designed to be very compact so to have a very limited foot-print. Moreover the mixing head is extremely light and with reduced dimensions so to easily work even when the gap in the line is very narrow. The output and the ratio-between-components is constantly monitored with our close-loop electronic technology, providing the guarantee to always dispense the glue in the correct amount and requested ratio! The equipment is supplied with our patented mixing head highly reducing maintenance downtime and spare parts. The mixing head can dispense both by spraying (with the widest range of spray tip with angle 20°÷120° ) or by pouring through our special poker. The mixing head is so efficient that it can dispense continuously for hours without clogging.
