ISOLTEC: SPRAY MACHINE FOR POLIURETHANE, POLYUREA AND ADHESIVES

Electronic high pressure spray and pour machine specifically designed to spray rigid polyurethane foam, polyurea, elastomers, adhesives and similar materials to cover huge surfaces. This unit is designed for customers requiring a very reliable machine on the field with high output and constant and continuous control of all working parameters to certify their job.

Frame.
Very robust frame with easy access to all components allowing a very easy and fast maintenance.

Motor.
Powerful electric motor driving high pressure gear pumps.

Dosing pumps.
Rugged high pressure gear proportioning pumps, each one provided with lubricating cup so to extend the seal life-time and, consequently, reducing maintenance downtime and costs. By changing the pumps’ speed you can easily vary the ratio from the touch screen panel. 

Ratio monitoring system.
Sophisticated in-line flow meters, specifically designed for this application are mounted after the pumps, for constantly checking the ratio between components. The close-loop control system manage the pumps so to always grant the dispensing in the correct ratio required by the chemicals.

Primary heaters.
In-line powerful primary heaters to heat up the chemicals to the working temperature. Thanks to its special design, its efficiency is much higher allowing getting same results with lower power consumption.

In-line filters.
In order to avoid clogging of the machine due to impurities in the chemicals, the machine is equipped with in-line filters. They are positioned before the proportioning pumps, before the hoses and, on the isocyanate side, even at the head.

Heated hoses.
High pressure heated hoses with special high efficiency low-voltage heating system. Our new and innovative concept allows an homogeneous heating on the whole surface of the hose, so to fully and accurately heat the chemicals till the mixing head. Temperature control system is independent on each hose, allowing heating each chemicals at its correct working temperature

Control panel.
Easy-to-use and robust control panel complete with colour touch-screen operator panel. This allows the continuous monitoring of the output of each component, granting to always dispensing the formula in the correct ratio and, consequently, granting a perfect job!

Mixing head.
Very reliable patented mixing head allowing to mix and dispense polyurethane foam, polyuria, elastomers, adhesives and similar mixtures.
Thanks to its special and innovative design, our gun can work at lower pressure getting the same mixing results: this means a lower power consumption and less wearing of the parts, resulting in much cheaper running costs! The same mixing head can be used for spray or for pour/injection only by changing the spray tip with the pouring adapter: the switching from the two dispensing mode takes just few seconds! As additional feature this head can even mount a static mixer!
