Horizontal cutting unit with turntable (carrousel) for massive cutting of blocks. The cut is effected by blade continuously running on perfectly balanced fly-wheels. The unit can be equipped with the vacuum system -option- for the best fixing of the block over the table. Thanks to its large table (7mt as diameter) the unit can cut many blocks at same time. Thanks to the PLC, the machine can run automatic cutting cycles with the possibility to preselect different thickness of cuts in the same programme. The machine is supplied with acceleration/deceleration of the turning table to maximize the cutting speed and, consequently, to minimize the cutting cycle. This is the ideal unit for cutting and stacking of many blocks of flexible foam with any density, viscoelastic -memory foam-, high resilience (HR), simil-latex, hyper-soft (HS) and similar materials.
