11: Granulator

A wide range of granulators is available to match any of your needs in terms of output required and kind of foam to cut. From the smallest 15HP to the biggest 100HP with loading conveyor and blower. Powerful cutting knives shred foam and similar materials into flakes. From 1/2mm up to 15-20mm or even bigger, a wide size of flakes can be produced.

10: TMV-A –  fully automated vertical cutting unit

Fully automated vertical cutting unit suitable to cut flexible foam blocks, panels and sheets. The table as well as the side wall are motorized so to grant a fully automated cutting of the blocks into sheets. The cutting is done in both directions, allowing to double the productivity of the machine. A computerized control panels allows easily and quickly set the number of pieces to cut and their thickness. The grinding unit allows the perfect sharpening of the edge of the blade so to always grant a precise cut even with the most difficult foams. The table is covered by aluminium plates granting the easiest positioning of the block on it. Typically the table is able to cut a block mt 2,4×2,2×1,25h – different on request –

9: TMV-R –  vertical cutting unit for rigid foam

Vertical cutting unit suitable to cut rigid foam blocks, panels and sheets. The table is manually moved by the operator and the cutting is done on both directions, allowing to double the productivity of the machine. Thanks to low friction ball-bearing, the effort of the operator is really minimized. A panel grants the effective protection of the operator from contacts with the blade and a special brake, specifically designed, grants the immediate blockage of the blade in case of stop or emergency. A special mechanism allows pre-setting the thickness of the cut so to make a series of parts with same dimensions. The table is covered by aluminium plates granting the easiest positioning of the block on it. Thanks to the very rugged construction, this unit is suitable to slice blocks into panels without the need of calibration. 8: TMV – vertical cutting unit for flexible foam

Vertical cutting unit suitable to cut flexible foam blocks, panels and sheets. The table is manually moved by the operator and the cutting is done on both directions, allowing to double the productivity of the machine. 7: TMO-P –  peeling cutting unit

2 Flywheel cutting unit for the cutting of block and reducing into rolls. A Teflon coated heavy blade guide allows a precise cutting of the thinnest layers, even of the harder foam like rebounded ones. Many different thicknesses can be selected, starting from 3mm with a very precise cutting on the whole width of the block. Winding system on the back of the unit in order to roll the layer just cut.

6: TMC –  turntable cutting unit for massive production

Turntable carrousel cutting unit for the massive production of sheets from blocks of flexible polyurethane foam. Any grade of flexible foam can be cut, from 10 to 80 density, including foams with filler or very weak visco-elastic/memory foams. The blade is running on coated flywheels to grant a smooth and silent cutting. The table can be also equipped with vacuum system, holding the blocks for most precise cutting. The blade guide is coated by Teflon to minimize the friction in the foam so to grant the thinnest possible cutting. The speed of the table is adjustable allowing minimizing the cutting cycle and, consequently, maximizing its productivity. The blade guide can be tilted so to be perfectly adjusted for any thickness of cut and grade of foam. The computerized control panels allows cutting of different thicknesses in the same block. The table has 7mt as diameter and can keep up to 8 blocks at the same time.

5: TMO-R –  horizontal cutting for rigid foam

Horizontal cutting unit specifically designed for cutting and stacking rigid foam panels from block. The table can be also equipped with vacuum system, holding the blocks for most precise cutting. The blade is running on coated flywheels to grant a smooth and silent cutting. The speed of the table is adjustable and can be different from cutting to back, allowing minimizing the cutting cycle and, consequently, maximizing its productivity. The computerized control panels allows cutting of different thicknesses in the same block. Typically the table is able to cut a block mt 2,4×1,2×1,25h – different on request –

4: TMO –  horizontal cutting for flexible foam

Horizontal cutting unit specifically designed for cutting and stacking flexible foam sheets from block. Any grade of flexible foam can be cut, from 10 to 80 density, including foams with filler or very weak visco-elastic/memory foams. The blade is running on coated flywheels to grant a smooth and silent cutting. The table can be also equipped with vacuum system, holding the blocks for most precise cutting even when processing very light foam and/or small/thin blocks. The blade guide is coated by Teflon to minimize the friction in the foam so to grant the thinnest possible cutting. The speed of the table is adjustable and can be different from cutting to back, allowing minimizing the cutting cycle and, consequently, maximizing its productivity. The blade guide can be tilted so to grant a perfect cutting even for the thinner slice. The computerized control panels allows cutting of different thicknesses in the same block. Typically the table is able to cut a block mt2,4×2,2×1,25h – different on request –

3: TMO-2R –  heavy duty horizontal cutting unit.

Fully automated horizontal cutting unit for the thin splitting of polyurethane foam blocks and similar materials. The unit is designed with a particularly rugged frame allowing a heavy duty and always granting the highest precision in cutting even in the worst working conditions. A 2 flywheels unit is supplied with very solid frame and reinforced blade-guide for heavy-duty cutting at the highest speed. The unit is supplied with the automated block dimensions detection system: this allows the system to automatically determine the block dimensions so to optimize the cutting cycle. The blocks are kept in position by a powerful vacuum system, firmly holding even the smaller portion of block in order to cut the whole block till the last sheet! The cut layers are removed after the cutting. The whole unit is designed to always grant the highest precision (+/- 0,1mm) combined to the highest productivity. The table back and forth speeds are independently adjustable allowing minimizing the cutting cycle time so to consequently maximize the productivity.

2: TMF-A –  fast-wire contour cutting unit

Fully automated contour cutting unit, specifically designed to cut intricate shapes from rigid, flexible polyurethane foam, rebounded foam, phenolic foam, rockwool, glasswool, and similar materials. The cut is easy, precise and fast thanks to a perfectly balanced frame and to the highly smooth sliding guides. A wide variety of speeds of the wire can be selected in order to increase the wire lifetime and to match with the ideal conditions according to the materials to be processed. Furthermore many different type of wires are available according to the material to cut. The shapes are automatically cut in a very precise way thanks to the electronic control system made by an industrial computer with powerful processor and solid state hard disk so to grant the best reliability. A Usb port is provided for mouse and keypad and an Ethernet port allows connecting to the customer’s LAN, the supervision of the unit from office, the sharing of files with the machine and getting also our software engineer’s remote assistance. Thanks to its wide 22,5” colour operator panel (HMI) with touch screen technology, Windows operative system and really user-friendly interface, the managing of the whole unit is very easy and intuitive. The system allows both creating the drawings by using a very simple dedicated CAD program or by importing most of Dwg files, allowing to composite and optimize all shapes at the best in order to reduce the waste. A powerful dust vacuum system effectively removes most of dust produced while cutting, collecting into bags.

Fully automated contour cutting unit, specifically designed to cut intricate shapes from any grade of flexible polyurethane foam and even light rebounded foam and similar materials. The cut is easy, precise and fast thanks to a perfectly balanced frame and to the highly smooth sliding guides. A wide variety of speeds of the blade can be selected in order to increase the blade lifetime and to match with the ideal conditions according to the materials to be processed.
