9- Isolblock PH: phenolic foam block plant for live flowers water reserve bricks

Block foam plant specifically designed for the production of phenolic foam blocks to the cut in bricks for preservation of live flowers.
The plant is provided with 7 dosing units, including pentane as blowing agent.

8- Isolblock PH: phenolic foam block plant for sandwich panels production

Block plant used for the production of phenolic foam blocks.
This standard plant is provided with three dosing lines: phenolic resin, blowing agent –pentane included- and catalyst.
The aim of our customer was the production of high efficiency insulating panels with excellent fire rating.
Due to the high production rate requested and the high cost of manpower, Tec Mac has designed a special block foaming plant travelling over conditioned molds with automated opening system so to minimize the number of operators involved in the production.
Furthermore the plant has integrated the flat top squaring system and a very powerful exhausting unit

7- Isolblock R: foam block plant for sandwich panels

Plant for the production of rigid polyurethane foam blocks to then cut into sheets.
The customer is then using the rigid polyurethane foam sheets for the assembling of his own composite panels for the production of pre-fabricated houses. These houses can be easily shipped I disassembled in standard container and can be used as first aid in case of earthquake, Tsunami, typhoons or any other natural disaster affecting the population. This house is extremely good both in very hot and very cold climate thanks to the high thickness of insulating walls provided by the polyurethane composite panels.

6- Isolblock HL-F: headliner and special foam block plant

Plant dedicated to the production of headliner and hoodliner and to high quality flexible foam as well.
The customer would like to produce two different kind of foam for automotive: headliner-hoodliner and high resilient or viscoelastic foam for car seats and car interiors. For this reason Tec Mac realized a plant with two separate set of dosing lines, one dedicated to headliner-hoodliner production and one dedicated to HR foam or memory foam. The dosing lines for headliner were designed for polyol, isocyanate, graphite and catalyst with dedicated software program for correct sequence dispensing into the mixing chamber. The dosing lines for HR foam foresees three lines for polyol, isocyanate and catalyst. This can be expanded up-to 12 different lines, 5 colours and 1 filler without the need of any modification on the software.
Due to automotive industry specification, the control panel is connected with the computer in the supervisor’s office allowing an on-time remote control of the production as well as the downloading of all production data.  Of course, the control panel is also accessible to Tec Mac software engineer for the remote assistance in case of troubleshooting for its on-line promptly intervention.

5- Isolblock HL: headliner and hoodliner foaming plant

Plant for the production of headliner. This plant is specifically designed for the production of headliner foam and hoodliner foam.
Many features typical of that particular formulation were integrated in the plant allowing the customer to always produce top quality foam as requested by the automotive industry.
This customer is having a production rate of 40/60 blocks in one shift

4- Isolblock R: block foaming plant with pentane as blowing agent

Plant for the production of rigid polyurethane foam block using pentane as blowing agent. This specific plant was requested with 4 dosing lines and with the up-down movement of the mixing chamber to use the existing moulds having fixed walls.
The plant was supplied with all the safety devices requested by the highest safety international standards plus a great support was given to the customer with detailed directions on how to fit his production area with the safety standards requested by the use of pentane.

3- Isolblock R: block plant for PIR foam production

Plant for the production of PIR foam blocks.
The customer would like to self-formulating the PIR foam so the plant was supplied with 15 dosing lines for the different chemicals and 1 dosing line for the filler.
The filler line is used for two main purposes:
– increase the fire rating properties of the foam with specific filler
– re-use the dust of polyurethane foam coming from the CNC cutting of pipe sections

2- Isolblock F: block foaming plant for specialties aside continuous line production

Foam block plant for the production of flexible polyurethane foam block.
This plant was bought by a big producer of polyurethane blocks to be aside its continuous line used for standard grades.
Our block plant is consequently used for:
– testing new formulations for their fine tuning before using in production on the continuous line
– producing specialties like visco-elastic (memory foam) and high resilient foam, representing a niche for the customer that, consequently, cannot be run on continuous line in a cost-effective way
– producing fire rated foam using solid filler, so to match the new standard from Northern European countries

1- Isolblock F: block foaming plant for special formulations

Foam block plant for the production of special flexible polyurethane foam for the production of top-quality mattresses.
The plant was supplied with two dosing line only because the customer is using a ready-made pre-formulated polyol systems. This plant is dedicated only to the HR and visco-elastic (memory foam) blocks production. Anyway, as a standard, the plant is designed to be then upgraded with additional dosing lines – up-to 12 chemicals streams-, 5 colours line and 1 dosing line for the filler.
