PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF BLOCKS
Tec Mac has been producing the Isolblock plant for more than 20 years. This unit is used for the production of flexible and rigid polyurethane foam blocks and phenolic foam blocks.
REBONDING FOAM PLANTS
Innovative patented technology for the production of rebonded foam by scraps from flexible polyurethane foam, rigid polyurethane foam, EVA, rubber and similar materials reduced in flakes. The plant can handle even a mixture of materials, as the scraps from mattresses production or the recycling of car seats where a mix of materials is not easy and/or cheap to separate.
CUTTINGS
Tec Mac offers a wide range of cutting units able to comply to any request from our customers. Our cutting equipment are perfect for the blocks’ cutting of flexible polyurethane foam with any density, visco-elastic /memory foam-, high resilience (HR) foam, simil-latex foam, super-soft foam, rigid polyurethane foam, phenolic foam, EPS, XPS (polystyrene), rockwool, glass wool, Foamglas®, and similar materials.
SPRING MATTRESS PLANT (MTR)
Tec Mac has developed a really new and innovative technology for the production of spring mattresses.
Protected by two international patents, the new process allows to realize a mattress with a really differentiated structure, using any kind of spring: the spring-box, the pocket springs and even the free coils.
RESIN CASTING MACHINE (MIX – VR)
The Mix/Vr is a machine studied for the mixing and the dispensing of little quantities of bi-component resins such as adhesives, rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, epoxy resins, silicones and similar raw materials.
