The cut is effected by blade continuously running on perfectly balanced fly-wheels. The unit can be equipped with the on-board vacuum system -option- for the best fixing of the block over the table. Thanks to the PLC, the machine can run automatic cutting cycles with the possibility to preselect different thickness of cuts in the same program. Possibility to select two different backward and forward table speeds to minimize the cutting cycle. This is the ideal unit for cutting and stacking of flexible foam with any density, viscoelastic -memory foam-, high resilience (HR), simil-latex, hyper-soft (HS) and similar materials.
